“My fellow New Yorkers, we got him,” Mayor Eric Adams said at a news Briefing; “Thirty-three shots, but less than 30 hours later… we got him,” Adams added.

“It appeared that Mr. James had rented the van in Philadelphia sometime over the last several days, driven it close to the subway line where the attack occurred and abandoned it there” one official said.

Law enforcement officials said that they found a credit card with Mr. James’s name on it and it had a key to a van that Mr. James had rented, alongside a Glock 9-millimeter handgun, three ammunition magazines, a hatchet, fireworks and a liquid believed to be gasoline.

Police say the 62-year-old has multiple residences in Philadelphia and Wisconsin.

Numerous troubling videos have been found on Youtube of Frank James ranting about his plight and experiences in life. In one of his videos Mr. James says, “We need to see more mass shootings. Yeah. … We need to see more, there has to be more mass shootings to make a n***er understand. … It’s not about the shooter; it’s about the environment in which he is, he has to exist.” In another video he said, “I do have a severe case of post-traumatic stress.”

In one of his recent videos, you can hear Mr. James saying “”I’ve been through a lot of s**t, where I can say I wanted to kill people. I wanted to watch people die right in front of my f**king face immediately. But I thought about the fact that, hey man, I don’t want to go to no f**king prison.”

It appears that Mr. James had been planning this incidence for a while and he was waiting for the perfect time to execute mayhem on the streets of New York.
