Boris Johnson, former British prime minister and Conservative Party leader, is expecting his eighth child. His wife Carrie Johnson shared the news of her pregnancy on Instagram. She said the baby would be born “in just a few weeks”.
Days before the announcement, the ex-Tory prime minister bought a 3.8 million pound mansion with a moat on three sides in Oxfordshire.
She posted a picture of herself holding hands with her two kids on Instagram. She wrote, “We’re expecting a new team member in just a few weeks. I’ve been pretty tired for most of the last 8 months but we’re eager to meet this little one. Wilf is very excited to be a big brother again and can’t stop talking about it. Romy doesn’t seem to know what’s coming…She’ll find out soon!‘’
Boris Johnson and Carrie, who tied the knot in May 2021, have two kids already. Their children are Wilf, who is three years old, and Romy, who is two years old.
Wilf was born in April 2020 and Romy was born in December 2021. This is Boris Johnson’s third marriage with Carrie.
Johnson will become a father for the eighth time with the new baby. He has four kids from his former marriage to Marina Wheeler.
The BBC reports that he also has another child from a fling with art consultant Helen Macintyre. He had no kids from his first marriage to Allegra Mostyn-Owen.
