Allen Johnson, 31, will spend at least 74 years in prison for sexually abusing two children and recording his crimes.

Colorado: Johnson pleaded guilty to four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, two counts of raping a child under 13 years old, and two counts of raping a child under 10 years old, according to a spokesperson for the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office.

He was sentenced on Thursday, June 1, by a judge who called his actions “horrific and depraved.”

Investigators from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office found multiple videos and photographs on Johnson’s phone that showed him sexually assaulting two different children over a period of two years.

The authorities obtained a warrant for his phone after receiving a tip from another person who had seen some of the material. Johnson admitted to his crimes when he was confronted with the evidence, the spokesperson said.

“The defendant not only boasted about the abuse to others, but also documented the various sexual offenses he committed against the children with his phone,” the spokesperson said.

Johnson will be eligible for parole after serving 74 years of his life sentence.
