Elon Musk always posted a lot on Twitter (now X), and his posts (once tweets) are more noticed since he bought the social media platform. Musk likes to joke about hot topics, and this time he targets the Sam Altman-OPenAI drama and the Microsoft part that came after it.
Sam Altman, ex-CEO of OpenAI that made the very popular AI tool ChatGPT, was sacked by the company a few days ago. In a public statement, OpenAI’s board blamed Altman for concealing information and said that it lost trust in Altman’s leadership of the company.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said on Monday (November 20) that Altman will come to the company and will lead an artificial intelligence division.

It has been said, that OpenAI board sacked Altman during a meeting on Google Meet and not Teams, which was used at OpenAI. Musk’s jab seems to imply that if Microsoft ever fires Altman, they have to use Teams as it is their own workplace communication app.
