Oladapo Kosefobamu, of North Western Avenue, is accused of the attempted rape of a woman 16 years old or older in West London on August 28 last year.
The 24-year-old is also charged with raping a woman aged 16 or older two days later at the same flat.
Yesterday (November 16), in Isleworth Crown Court, he pleaded not guilty to both offences and a trial has been listed for October 16 next year, with a time estimate of four to five days.
The case was initially sent to Isleworth Crown Court on October 28 after Kosefobamu appeared in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on September 30.
According to the Metropolitan Police, there was then a delay in proceedings due to the defendant changing his legal team and the plea and trial preparation hearing was moved to November 16.
